Canadian Indigenous Investment Summit - Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Canadian Indigenous Investment Summit (hereinafter referred to as "the Summit"), scheduled for 7th May 2024, at Mansion House in the City of London. These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Summit, including but not limited to attendance, sponsorship, and presentations. By registering for the Summit, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.**
1. Acceptance
Your registration for the Summit constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you are registering on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure the individual is aware of these terms and agrees to them.
2. Registration
Registration must be completed through the official Summit website or authorised channels. Confirmation of your registration will be sent to you directly via email.
3. Payment
Payment is required at the time of registration. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received in full. Payment must be made via the provided payment link to gigCMO, the Co-host of this event.
4. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. The Summit does not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation, non-attendance, or any changes to the event format, date, speakers, or participants.
5. Event Programme
The Summit reserves the right to make alterations to the event programme, venue, and timings at any time. While every effort will be made to maintain the integrity of the event, we reserve the right to substitute speakers, sessions, and/or adjust the programme as necessary.
6. Privacy Policy
The personal information supplied in connection with the Summit registration will be held by the Summit organisers as a record of attendees and parties expressing interest. By registering for the Summit, you agree to the use of your personal information in accordance with the Summit's privacy policy, available on the Summit website.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the content of the Summit and the event materials are owned by the Summit or the individual speakers. You may not reproduce, distribute, broadcast, or create derivative works without the express permission of the owner.
8. Liability
The Summit organisers shall not be liable for any loss incurred by you, except in circumstances where such loss cannot legally be excluded. In no event shall the organisers be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Conduct
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times during the Summit. The organisers reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate.
10. Force Majeure
In the event that the Summit cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the organisers (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the organisers, the organisers cannot be held liable by attendees for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, financial losses, etc.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
